The hip Westlake Village crowd frequents the
Four Seasons Hotel and
Spa Westlake Village. Since many enjoy golfing and making connections, the Sherwood Country Club hosts PGA events and is the setting for the two early Robin Hood films.
The city holds Saturday Concerts in the Park on select summer weekends. This festival is held at
The First Neighborhood Community Center. It features awesome live bands that play everything from country and classic rock to pop and jazz.
Also, in the summertime, Westlake Village celebrates the Fourth of July with a parade that has become a family tradition, complete with decorated bicycles, wagons, and strollers. The local firetruck is decked out in festive red, white, and blue spangles. The parade culminates at a local park where residents and guests can gather for lawn games and food.
The City Annual Celebration is at the civic center and gives residents a chance to participate in family-friendly events, dance to live music on the patio area, and support local businesses.
